If you're attending Chicago Spring Fling & would like to participate in the Chicago Botanic Garden tour on Friday, May 29th please fill out this form. The Chicago Botanic Garden has planned to sent a trolley to pick up attendees from the train station. Please fill out the form to reserve your spot on the trolley or to sign up for the parking pass. If you do not sign up for the trolley or parking pass may you may be in for a long walk or have to pay the $20.00 parking fee.
On the night of Saturday, May 3oth we will be having Chicago-style pizza. Please fill out the reservation form for dinner on that night so we can provide the restaurant with a count of attendees.
